The LEAP program is owned by Taurus Holdings, LLC and is licensed to MCM. MCM's clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access LEAP and the information contained therein. MCM's clients shall have exclusive ownership over all potential client information loaded to, or contained on LEAP. MCM clients may reproduce materials available on LEAP for their own internal business purposes. By its use, MCM clients agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to determine the source code of the components of LEAP or reproduce all or any portion of LEAP except as otherwise expressly authorized hereunder.
