LEAP was designed specifically for mass tort law firms, but can be a valuable tool for any legal marketing campaign. Using LEAP, your staff can review, modify, manage and refer leads directly from their computers. Your firm can use LEAP as a total management system, or simply as a tool to gather leads and download information into your existing case management system. It is an invaluable tool for legal marketing.

General Search

Searches allow you to organize and select leads based on specific criteria you choose. The most common searches typically use one of five criteria:

• Campaign Search
  Each time you purchase advertising, a new campaign is created. A campaign refers to a group of leads gathered from one ad or a group of ads using a specific toll free number during a specific time period. Searching by campaign shows the overall response generated by specific ad campaigns.
• Topic Search
  Topic refers to the type of case (e.g. Ortho Evra birth control patch). A general topic search collects specific types of cases from all of the campaigns your firm has run. The results of a topic search can be further refined by adding more specifications to the search (ie: dates or geographic area).
• Name Search
  Each lead added to your firm’s web account can be searched by their first or last name. The lead is also assigned a unique identification number when it’s entered into the system; this ID number is also searchable.
• Lead Referral
  LEAP offers you the ability to refer leads within the MCM legal network directly from your online account. When the referral is complete, both firms can see the lead(s), monitor progress and work on the lead(s) as a team.
• Downloads
  The LEAP program allows you to download client information into text files that are compatible with Excel, Act, and most other major database programs. This saves your staff from having to re-enter information into your system.
